Cross references of Daniel 12:5-10 part three Q and A

Cross ref's Daniel 12:5-13 cont. V 5 Daniel 10:4 Now on the twenty-fourth day of the first month, as I was by the side of the great river, that is the Tigris (V 5-6 no cross ref.) I lifted my eyes and looked, and beheld a certain man clothed in white linen, whose waist was girded with gold of Uphaz! (pure and fine gold) His body was like beryl, his face like the appearance of lightening, his eyes like torches of fire, his arms and his feet like burnished bronze in color, and the sound of his words like the voice of a multitude. Although some Biblical scholar's, including AI, interpret this heavenly visitor to be the angel Gabriel, with whom, Daniel has further encounters with. However, other scholars firmly believe: it was the pre-incarnate visitation and manifestation of Jesus Christ. This Biblical commentator agrees it was: Jesus Christ instead of Gabriel. V 6 Matt 24:3 Now as He sat on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to Him privately, saying,"Tell us when will these things be? And what shall be the sign of your coming? And His answer is found in Matt. 24:4-51. V 7 Daniel 7:25 He (the Anti-christ) shall speak pompous words against the Most High, Shall persecute (the tribulation) saints of the Most High, And shall intend to change the times and the law. (of the Most High) Then the saints shall be given into his hand. (During the 13th and 14th chapters of Revelation) V 8 Matt. 10:24 "A disciple is not above his teacher, nor a servant above his master. John 15:20 "Remember the word I said to you,' A servant is not greater than his master.' If they persecuted, Me, they will also persecute you. If they kept my Word, they will keep yours also. In Daniel 12:8, he asked the angel Gabriel the same exact question, the disciples of Jesus Christ asked Him privately on the Mount of Olives in Matthew chapter 24. But his answer was much different than His disciples received from Jesus Christ. V 9 And he said,"Go your way, Daniel for the words are closed up and sealed until the time of the end." Cause the prophecy's of Matthew chapter 24 were both sealed and hidden from him. V 10 1 Corn. 1:30 (no cross ref. v 31) But of him you are in Christ Jesus, who became for us wisdom from God--and righteousness and sanctification and redemption--that, as is written,"He who glorifies, let him glory in the Lord." We should only glorify the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit alone. "Surely, I am coming quickly." Rev. 22:21 Roxy Lea 1954
