Crazy Reckless
Crazy, reckless
you are the colors that
fuse to my black;
The future and the past
mixed together like stained glass;
I used to be a loner,
Somewhere, somehow I stopped
wanting to be;
Your eyes flash me back
to crackling leaves and porch lights;
Your laugh is a bonfire til dawn
a hopeful ocean after a storm;
A mix of forward a reminder not to look back;
Crazy reckless, live like a sunset
Savor every color before it fades to another,
drown in each moment;
Crazy, reckless, love like a sunset.
