Covid-19 In Wuhan

Like a storm, it came unexpected COVID-19 attacked relentless With fear and confusion drawn on faces Wuhan prepares for complications People are dying, families are grieving The coronavirus, is unforgiving I ask myself how this had happened The answer was not a satisfaction Eatting a bat was stupid and dumb But someone decided that it was fun They birthed a pandemic, a new cause of death No defence nor apology will put this to rest The city of Wuhan, the very first victim Currently on lockdown, not knowing what hit them How scared and how worried the people must be Being trapped in a cage, with no way to flee If only the leaders had heeded the call No pandemic would’ve happened, no pandemic at all Covering the truth with warnings and threats, The results for their actions, the consequences they met With people on lockdown and movement restricted Wuhan is suffering for their very action If only the leaders were less of dictators The situation would’ve been different, it would’ve been better.

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.

Hello Hong Le, Oh how awful this is for eveyone around the world. No one should have eaten a bat. The leaders should have heeded the call. Stay safe. Enjoy your day my friend.
