Courage
I watched your face,
as you stood by him,
that courage it took,
mine would have been dim.
Quietly, composed,
feelings wrapped tight,
if it had been me,
such a sight.
Long time coming,
he hid it well,
stories come forth,
many to tell.
Admiration to you,
a strong lady no doubt,
by his side,
as the truth comes out.
