Pulse of duality, the flow of life Seeming contrast, merely polarity We may choose to love or we may choose strife Yet eye of each storm in serenity Just as fear and desire, both attachment Lust too love, for the moment misaligned As we be breathed we feel joy contentment In the void of stillness, truth is divined Let us savour the flavour of each wave Flowing in the stream without stagnating Unfettered awareness from birth to grave Feeling richness of life, meditating Know, oh hermit!
