Contest of Character
Leave those who compare, to be the judges,
But always remember competition is only
When you feel the confidence to rise above all else.
Leave the judges to decide who deserves
To be considered as good from the inside out,
But girl, never dare compare yourself to all the others.
Leave the contest with grace in your step as the crowd cheers,
For no matter whether you win or lose,
Always remember how you conquered your fears,
And that who you are, is not defined by how the judges choose.
