"concepts Level Jobs Are Shove__ Its!"

All my concept work experience,
My poem gives precept clearance.
My jobs revealed concepts are inept,
Good work ethics are wisdom’s precept.

Though I was square peg in a round hole,
Never intended to sell my soul,
Doing jobs on which bosses are sold,
For all souls are based on heaven’s gold!

My soul’s precept could never accept,
Job concepts in which souls are not kept!
In double mind standards of measures,
Bull snot’s excuse! For human abuse!

Everyone’s work is to do the job,
Though one is paid more, to be the slop!
Extra benefits(!) for corporate tricks!
These are known as corporate picks.

Feel ya, man. Work's one mundane, uninventive, mindlessly run system that will eat a right-brainer whole and not even spit out the seeds. Best one can usually hope for is to be shat out with a decent wad of cash in hand and some small sense of hope for one's future. Great write, man!

I am one, John, I have sold my soul, I work at a job I hate, for the paycheck, I feel trapped and on the inside I am screaming, a person who works at a job they love, is a very blessed person... your poem as usual is dazzling.. best of luck in the contest.. love constance
