Come To Your Senses
stroll
linger
stretch your legs
feel the sun’s warmth
soak in all that has been prepared for you
sit
be still
tune your ears
shut all else out
hear the glorious music of the day
breath
inhale
close your mouth
breathe through your nose
let the scent of rich warm earth filter through
rest
recline
gaze skyward
watch the clouds roll
contemplate the one who created all
