Viewing the valley below me
As the sun spread far golden hues
My thoughts traveled beyond the hills
To places that I couldn’t see
Consumed by colors around me
I marveled at the creation
In this quiet place that I found
Where anything seemed possible
The colorful message reached me
To open the gift and create
