A powerful firebrand poem, Kim. I felt the parental fear and urgency. Thank God, I never experienced that feeling w/my daughter. I was spared that anxious pain of uncertainty. Wonderful, insightful poem. Love and joy always.

Grrrrritting my teeth. Excellent presentation of a sad present-day reality, light-years from my comparatively idyllic school experience. Nice one, Kim. :) gw

Sad, so sad that this theme even has to exist. But nicely done Kim
