Clutter Be Gone

Clear this clutter from my mind So I can sleep and rest I will find No more thoughts heading no-where No more circles as if time to spare Clutter be gone so tomorrow is clear Of harrowing experiences that invite fear Who needs all this clutter anyway? Wouldn't it be better to simplify the day? Make room for flowers, scents and sight Hold a colored pebble to be found tonight Just a little rock in a big dream To carry through dark, to the next sunbeam Heidi Sands 7/15/23

Good Morning Heidi. The title caught my eye and your words kept my attention. Yes, clutter of the mind is such a big thing. It can mean everything. I found your entry very smooth and flowing with a message attached. May we all have clear minds now and always. It was a pleasure turning to your page this morning. Enjoy the day. Take Care (smile)

Beautiful Heidi, boy, I am feeling the same way. I keep upcycling and giving things away, but there are so many blessings to declutter and pass along:) My mind gets a bit cluttered as well, sometimes it is hard to clear my mind enough to sleep. My sister gave me some Lemon Balm also known as Mellissa, and it really does help me. I am amazed how it settles my overthinking brain to help me to sleep. I hope you are well, and that your week-end is finding you blessed my sweet friend <3

Lovely, Heidi; angels can't do God's Work where there is a mess unwilling to be cleared. We have to help ourselves, which is more about letting go than finding.

Hi Heidi my friend I couldn't agree with you more. I regularly have a de-clutter and give to the charity shop. We are hoarders at heart and to should keep ourselves disciplined . Love and hugs Jennifer.

Thank you Jennifer. Yes, it can be so easy to gather things and thoughts that become clutter. Simple can be difficult to achieve sometimes, but nice :)
