supermoon rises obscured by huge fluffy clouds I switch on TV! There was so much press coverage of the 'supermoon' yesterday but it was so cloudy I only managed to get a small glimpse of it ... so I turned on the TV to see it properly! 11~15~16

After reading this and Arthur's comment, this is just begging for limericks. He promised me I'd see a supermoon/ if I would meet him at the old sand dune/ when he dropped his shorts/ I shot him with darts/ He won't moon me again, cheesy buffoon...with apologies

That's one way to do, hopefully it was a big screen TV. :) This was fun Jan and sorry about the clouds, the moon was spectacular, but then again to me it pretty much always is.

I looked out after midnight and it was so disappointing - very cloudy and when I did get a glimpse it didn't look any different to usual so i saw it on the news instead and got a much better view! I agree with you Chris the moon is fascinating to observe I especially love to see it over the sea:-) hugs jan xx
