Circumstance
Circumstance
Why you want hurt me
As you claim your day
You stand here and judge me
As you say your prayers
Why you come to me on your knees
Shouting profanities
As you say your prayers
You stand here and judge me
I have two cheeks you just slap one
You come before me entitled for more
Originally, naturally, genetically, suppose to be unforgiven
Love my enemy easier than it seems
Hurt me more, love me less
Wear your linens openly in the work place
No matter your feelings about me
They flow and fly as the breeze
Alas I can't make you like, or love me
And just as you are in lack
and because of YOUR morals and political tracks
It's YOURS and MINE... Circumstance
