Christmas Poems For Kids and Teenagers Iv: Can Anything
Can something be more tempting
Than new hot cup cakes?
Can candies be as attractive
and so loving as chocolates?
Can a story be as appealing
as the end of Cinderella’s tale?
Or as exciting as my friends’ birthday parties?
What about as cheerful as Barney and friends?
The new dresses, the snow-white
the season’s tree and family re-union
as warming and perfect as they are
it’s still not about them
but about Jesus in Christmas
Hallelujah! Christ the king is born today.
