Christmas Bear Waits For Santa

Christmas bear sat in Santa’s window, waiting patiently for his return. There was a warm fire, and a glimmer of a spirit from the sweet urn. Mrs. Claus floated into the ether and told him how grateful she was. That Santa had him to come home to, she fluffed up his furry fine fuzz. You are to cuddle him and love him, remember, she said. It was so sad for him the day he realized that my body was dead. But my spirit is very much alive, and I must tell you heaven is great! Saying this she said “I wish heaven was everyone’s fate.” Christmas bear understood her through spirit, enjoying her that night. He sat waiting for Santa, who would come home right before light. Santa delivered his presents and then came home to hug and to rest. “If I cannot have Mrs. Claus, I can have you. You are the next best.”
