Choices?....Part 2

Do I, do I become one of theirs, for the taste of a moment Inside of a soon to be vanishing world! Beholding my own life, as never having had a meaning and or purpose As I sold my soul, to be a part of fleshs mold, with fleshs eyes? Many say, many things, contrary? But the 'truth' is That their world is not from above, but from below.... And they would crucify myself, just as quickly as those millenniums ago "Crucified Christ!" Within a heartbeat, actually, sadly, if I threatened their tainted and poisoned desires? To fit into this mold, to be a part of this world Is easy for this flesh of mine-for it is poisoned too But therein lies a difference now, for sooner than later, I recognize satans disguise.... By "Grace," and that not of my own! I shall rise above this world, and cast its dust, forever at my feet And never shall I jeopardise my soul, to fit into their or my needs No, I shall walk within "The Holy Spirit," and, crucify this flesh Time and time, and over and over, again and again.... 'Christ' once asked, "What are you willing to give in exchange, for your eternal soul?" Take the glitter and take the gold, take the flesh and take the mold And in the end of it all, when all is said and done I shall bathe myself, "In Christ's Precious Blood," and, keep my soul! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Choices?....

Keep your soul indeed. Never compromise or walk any differently than your heart desires. This write is so strong, filled with love for the great man. It would be nice to sit down someday and talk about all the issues that we face in this world and God's view of it all. Thanks for your wonderful comments that you constantly pour your heart in. They are always appreciated.

Hey to you, John! Thank you for your kind thoughts and encouragement. It's no for sure she will land that job..but her other 'choices', were just as un-nerving. Parole officer..or one who goes into shakey homes to remove children. She's bright, she's beautiful, and she has a mind of her own. Nick told me that I shouldn't feed her my fears..he's not old, but by golly, he's WISE!:) Trust in Jesus, Trust in God..have been a good girl?..Santa doesn't alway think so!:) Love to you, John..God bless!!

Hey to you, John! A very thought provoking piece. Some choices are easily made, but others need more thinking and prudence. Keeping one's soul intact might require more of an effort, but the benefits are great. John, my daughter believes that she wishes to teach criminology. She'd like to get some hands on exprience with this subject. She is applying in between semesters, to a place in Montreal for the criminally insane. I have reason to be worried...yes? God bless, love to you...Mikki

Amen!! This makes me cry out. The kind of life you live might be giving you so much to deal with and this insecurity is obvious, but then you rise with such optimism. You are a blessed soul, and God is using you. The evil can't dare to touch you, coz you are stronger and close to God. Fantastic write John!! Have a happy season. Sending lots of love and blessings~Chitra
