Cherry Blossoms of Spring
In the dusting of the springtime,
I arrived at an elegant place.
It was during the bright daytime
I found cherry blossoms at grace.
With such beauty and poise, they swayed.
In the calm, swift winds, they fluttered,
Like butterflies, and they obeyed
To nature, staying put in a cluster.
On their trees, they would stay attached,
But the breeze would make them loose strength
And one by one, the pink petals would detach
Gently falling from the high length.
Although spring passed, I can see them.
Sweet scented thoughts of yesterday.
