Chasing Her Down and Catching Her Gently

Prancing into my mind today Enchanting me briefly is a weird strangeness That even my imagination does not comprehend What do you mean? I ask her seedlings As she flits faerie-like into my dendrite alley What are you about? Where do I go with this idea? She smiles, hiding her selflessness inside my coffers. Knowing me better than I know myself. Challenging me to look deeper Knowing I will eventually Chase down and catch her Even briefly, wowing myself again With ideas I birth during my sleep

You and your muse appear to have a keen, lively relationship, Caren! Mine is always hovering around, and even at night she makes her presence known! ~ Regards // paul

Mine is so active at night, she wants me to retire, but I love my job and refuse.

Yes, yes, I did, Trixie, take it easy. (whispering: actually not) P.S.: Oof, mine is pretty scrappy too)

And your muse has a name? Trixie is waiting with baited breath. I have been married since '71. She is still single.

As far as I can see, you have a direct communication with your muse. I envy you, Caren)

My muse is slapping me in the head now with little tom toms and smashing my teeth in a tiny bit with her angry swords because she thought you envied her, not me. Trixie, simmer down, please, honey. Kurt meant he envied you, right Kurt?
