Changing Sky

as i wake in the still of the morning
the sky greets me with her crimson kiss
i board my small boat
left tied at the dock
the previous night
i set out navigating
across calm cool waters
as hours pass
the sky awakens in a
luscious ball of yellow
sweat drips from my brow
by nightfall
I am tired and chilled
as i row in
her dark beauty is breath taking
as the moon moves in to swoon her

Very descriptive, I want to go out on a boat for the day now. Very well-developed scene, Karen. Bill
