I have taken a step back to read this your poem and was glad I did. I get a sense of youthfulness and beauty..looking bright for the future that is ahead, although carved from something rough, is set resplendent in it's beauty and looking back to what was, just for learning, but to what is and will be, as the goals reaching for. Few words but says a lot. Luv, Joy (Jew)

I like the diamond shape of this poem and the theme...become perfected during life's playground...a diamond in the rough! Thanks for inspiring these thoughts through your poetry. I enjoyed reading your work this morning.
