A very true Monoku with a well fitting, funny photo. Being startled is often a stop in your tracks response. A most enjoyable one liner. Be well. Brian

Ahh that moment of startle, to stop and all thought disappears until a lone voice shouts MOVE! How much we feel we might know in the moment of hesitation - the perfect response lies there... But generally it doesn't and the perfect analogy for that is the deer in the headlights! Well crafted Sara, the lure of the ruminations about getting everything right are often rightly challenged by just getting on with it - great write x

thanks for stopping by, Di11y. I took delight in your comments...that moment of hesitation that we all experience from time to time. True, sometimes the challenge is just getting on with it. (read my Queen of Delay). I appreciate you and your comments. Have a splendid day, Sara

Oh, the things I plan to start tomorrow… now what is they say about tomorrow? A smart observation, Sara

your comment reminds me of Shakespeare's words: Tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow creeps ... We're all guilty of 'planning to start tomorrow.' Thanks for your visit and kind words. Enjoy your evening, Sara

So true, its often to begin and starting over that many finds challenging, especially changes, how profound and deep can a one liner be, you’ve shown us that with this write. And that picture is so cute. And i love how you’ve written “ like a deer caught in the headlights” creative! Your wisdom and way of understanding things and life is so very eloquently woven here! Pleasure reading anything you write! This is no exception
