Cat Charlie my companion, charming , sweet character, curious and clever, childish at times with play. Challenging our poor dog, Chloe, fear-stricken of condescending kitty 8/23/2016 Contest: Pleiades C Sponsored by: Kim Merryman 1 original poem in the Pleiades form and must start with the letter C. 1 word title. 7 lines with 6 syllables each. Eve, is the picture posted of your dog and cat? Before I read your poem I had watched a video of dogs who were afraid of cats. Your poem reminded me of it. Congrats on your win with this endearing write! Blessings!

It is so cute to see how a dog interacts with a cat or kitten. They don't know quite what to do with them. The cat, of course, is in control no matter how large the dog is. Those claws are fierce. I love your cat poem Eve. 7 ; )
