Castanets
When I will grow old
I will own no measure of time
for every step that I will take
will be merely for pleasure's sake
When I grow old
I'm gonna dance and sing
at every karaoke bar that I can find
for life is sweeter when we
aren't busy, counting time
I'd rather be busy making a life
then busy counting time;
When I will grow old
I will leave the past behind
with bells on my toes and
castanets on my fingers
I will dance til' the moon says
no more and the stars say encore
When I grow old, no I'll never hit the floor
cuz life is to be lived until there is no more.
