Can't Sleep
Listen to poem:
I should want to sleep
But I don’t
I can’t
I’m wired
I can barely close my eyes
I lay awake
Thoughts circling
Bobbing bubbling
Rolling around in my head
I worry and think of things
All jumbled
Scenarios
Possibilities
What ifs
Cloud my brain
Can’t seem to find
The off switch
