Calmly I Wait
Calmly I wait for you
As if you are dancing through the dark
Soft steps with smiles,
Warm hands, open heart
The tears no longer fall for now
As moonlight glistens on the snow
I hear your whispers in a melody
That carries me through
Still trees in the night
Just when I start to feel a touch
Of cold winter air,
I am lifted into the light
Calmly I wait, calmly I wait
