California Burning Up
Watching the fire season
Starting in California
The burning season
Starting again
The fires out of control
The end of the world
Feeling of it all
The fires from hell
Erupt across the state
And soon the whole west coast
Is burning up
When will this destruction end
Is it a sign of the end of the world
As one biblical once in a thousand year
Event overwhelms the world
God is silent
As least as far as I know
I do not have a talking relationship
With God
The fires burn
The cities begin to die
And our President
Is silent as well
