Song of hope, 'A Bridge Over Troubled Water' I can't help myself; I have to sing along With empathy and devotion for friends in need I sing with emotion, the lyrics of this great song How often I have been the one consoling Drying tears from the sad eyes of a friend Helping when they've grown tired and weary suffering a broken heart that needed to mend Feeling they were drowning in troubled waters I soothed their bitter tears.
