housewife brushes teeth after busy day, black specks .... vine ripe blueberries? My husband brought in blueberries for me to wash and prepare for him to put in the freezer. I ate some as I was working, when I brushed my teeth getting ready for bed, I saw what I thought was black stuff in the sink. I was trying to figure out what in the world..You know the rest of the story.

Tom, Yes, berries of all kinds are good for us if we can eat them. They do add some pleasure to life as well if we like them. Thanks for the visit. Sara

- They give a strong color to the teeth ... and to clothes ... hard to get rid of if we do not wash it right away ... I love blueberries ... here it is a little early for them yet :) - hugs // Anne-Lise :)

SS, Guess what?? Kaizley had been eating blueberries off the bush with her mom and Karter then they came inside and she wanted another one but she took one bite and spit it out. I grabbed a tissue and tried to get it off of her and all of it up only some went on the carpet but I did not know it then I stepped in it and tracked it over some more of the carpet then the clean kitchen floor.. This was not one happy great grandma. LOL..Thanks for dropping by. Sara

Never had this problem, as in Malta we only get blackberries.

Victor, I had rather have blackberries but they have the seeds also. I like blackberry cobbler, jam and just to eat off the bush. Thanks for dropping by. Sara
