Breaking the Vail
When you choose to break down the vail
Your successes in life are no longer set up to fail
As you turn a blinding light upon the inner darkness
Newfound depth perception is nothing short of starkness
If what's given to bare is sent to a cave to hibernate
What right do you have to expect others to relate
When constantly choosing to have your cake and eat it too
There will never be a slice left for others to have a part of you
