Breaking Down To Love
forgetting about that person
who already forgot about me
heart open and cautious
fear of a broken heart lingers in the shadows
surrounding my soul
songs of past mistakes whisper
regrets in my ear
making gates form around my heart
but he keeps breaking them down
shadows and songs may have no strength
strong enough to battle his influence
