Bottleing Wine a Two Person Job

Four boxes of empty bottles Some are for white wine The others for red wine All ready to be filled All these bottles must be washed With a special piece inside bottle To rinse the inside clean ten times Ready for thenext step to be done One person washes the bottles The other fills the bottles with wine Then the other corks the bottles Putting them aside for the next step The other person seals the bottles To make certain it is tight The empty boxes are near by That is the next thing to do Then we begin all over Through each step again Until all empties are done With the different types of wine

Hello Darlene … one time I made wine out of my home grown fruit. Black and red current; red and white grape mainly. It's such a long process for bottling, and I was nodding when reading the bottle washing process. Possibly the most important procedure of all - thank you Darlene - Lindsay

I never knew how wine was bottled, Darlene. Thanks for sharing this information! My sister's husband's family used to make their own red wine and it tasted very good. Best wishes, Carolyn

A few years ago I used to make wine and beer but now sonmuch now. It's rewarding when you have a glass and realise the time you put into making it was worthwhile. Cheers. Tom

Hello Tom, did you make a lot of wine? Did you do red and white? How did the beer turn out? What type of beer did you make? Have a nice day my friend.
