Blue Sky's

My kettle is coughing; soon its shrill whistle will startle me, even though I know exactly when it will erupt. Two pelicans have been sighted in Northern Ohio. Elsewhere, terror, war, horror, blood and dust. I pour my morning tea, singing a tune from 'West Side Story,' while an enthralled Maria listens. Fox News and CNN, for once agree - just kidding. I drink the tea. I imagine lost pelicans hitching a ride South. A truck driver has reported blue sky’s in Kentucky.
