Blue Skies

Blue skies and tear
drops of stories
untold
facing the battles within
The war is raging
and I see the smoke
from endless miles
wishing I was at peace
and the pain would
go away
The waves are crashing
against the shore as
I think of days of old
This world can be so Cold
