Blooming Smiles

The leaves and lawn are damp from rain In these early morning hours Waking mind, walks memory lane As I view, the blooming flowers The colorful gardens of past, Are something, I will not forget And these here, will not be the last To erase any past regret Multi-colors under gray skies Dripping raindrops from the green leaves There are still places the soul cries Transformed by smiles a flower weaves Heidi Sands 6/29/19

What I love about gardens is that they are ever changing, just like life, so each time we look we see something different and beautiful. Loved your poem Heidi, especially the last line! Kindest thoughts Ann xx

I don't have a large garden, as those I have been around in the past, but a few small ones and I do love to see the flowers. Thank you very much Jennifer and blessings to you too :)

Commit each beautiful walk, each flower, serene days, to memory to relive one day. Beautiful poem.
