Civilisation down through the ages
Written their history in blood soaked pages
Blood of the innocent
Blood of the meek
Savage and brutal
They always seek
Power and greed they're predictable
Their lust for war and death is insatiable
They've written their history in blood and shame
All in the name of power, greed and fame.
