Blind Sight - a Poem Story
Attack in home
Gangsters:
You’re gonna pay for your fathers lies
Because of his suicide we can’t exact revenge on him
You’re gonna pay for your fathers lies
Because of the trouble they put us in
You’re fathers crimes are now your crimes
You’re fathers sins are now your sins
You’re fathers blood is your blood
It’s blood we want from him!
You see?
Mr Lewis:
No!
Gangsters:
Fine, you will see!
Hospital
It’s ok Mr Lewis, it takes time to let the light in.
No it’s dark, it’s just dark.
What about now?
Dark. Dark. Dark!
What about now, can you see anything?
No but I can hear everything!
Later
My ears will be my eyes
My ears will flood my mind
Revenge is all my mind!
Revenge I swear I’ll find!
I will attack them where they live
I will take the one thing that they value above all things
Money is all they know
I will cripple their accounts, I will cripple their businesses, I will steal from under their nose!
All by invisible means! They will never see this foe!
My eyes and sight they have taken from me
But my strength of will grows and grows
Years studying I.T. in the dark, years LISTENING! Years Planning!
Has given me a sight that no one else could ever know
Now, when they’re left begging on their knees!
To complete my revenge, I’ll deliver the final blow!
