Blind Panic

Thrown into darkness all around, the whispered threats the only sound, my hands are bound, my feet are tied, I heard the way the others died - their screams still echo in my head - then shuffling footsteps round the bed, the whirring chainsaw ever near, I pray my heart will stop with fear... written 10th October for Carolyn's Halloween Fright contest
