Birdie and Houndy
A bird named Birdie looks like a cute clown
She’s a cockatoo with a funny sound
When she talks a lot we will never frown
Her singing talent makes us dance around.
Birdie likes to play circus to astound
She shows her fine somersaults on the ground
With her mono-cycling skills, smiles abound
To imitate others, she’ll ask some pounds.
One day, Birdie saw Houndy, a shy hound
She said, “Hello! May I know why you’re brown?”
Houndy just gazed at her with eyelids drowned
To get his attention she wore a gown.
The two pets became famous in downtown
With their talents, big carnivals were found
Houndy shows stunts without scratches or wound
Along with Birdie who wears her crest’s crown.
