Being Somewhere But Going No Where
The mind tells the body
The body then moves
If the mind doesn’t hear sounds
The body doesn't move
How loud do these sounds have to be
Drinking beer while watching football
Not moving an inch
A voice I hear a yonder
Faint as a whisper
Take out the trash and mow the lawn
This body does not move
Another faint sound is heard
Lucky you will not be tonight
This body moves with lighting speed
All chores are done
Phew, that was a close one
