The day starts with a happy glow.
Wonderful flowers start to grow.
In the sun children, on the go,
Just running about to and fro.
There is lots more to do today.
The children want more time to play.
Bees still pollinate on their way.
The artist needs the sun to stay.
Mother nature tells night to wait.
Must hesitate, procrastinate.
Night says darkness cannot abate.
Night’s record is not being late.
Solution says moon, to their plight.
Tonight, I will shine extra bright.
