Be of Good Cheer

Be of good cheer, And do not despair, It is ok to sometimes sit down on a chair, To taste what you harvested this year As there is more than just you here, For the work to share, In the Lord's vineyard over there. Be of good cheer, And do not despair, As long, as you do your share, Never encouraging others to do less than is fair, By not taking your turn on the chair, Because you think you are the only one here, Who is indispensable over there. And how will the others that are here, Learn how to do their share, With you always being there, Instead of taking your turn on the chair, So, they can work away their despair, And be of good cheer, When it is their turn to sit in the chair, And taste what they have helped harvest this year. Be of good cheer, And do not despair, Take some bread with that wine, while you sit on that chair, And think about your plan for the rest of the year, That will help make a world that is fair.
