* ** Coals Turn white That give off Heat for cooking, Now season the steak And then place on the grill, Then when it starts to sizzle Start turning so it doesn't burn, Cook throughly to your perfection Then enjoy with salad, fries and cold beer. Written 12th June 2021.

Repeat if necessary. I miss using coal for the BBQ. Nat Gas is good but not the same. Have a great day my friend.

I like BBQ, but prefer iced tea and most of the people I know do since drinking isn't part of the Christianity . Love this poem. God bless you always, Love, Gina
