thank you Sara for reading and commenting on Breezes on the Lake. yes this afternoon we had to use our fan, but this morning we had the heat on. I am from Iowa and know about heat and the humidity, but in Denver where i live now the humidity is very low.

You have captured the essence of a paining well in this short poem. I have never tried to use this form. Thanks for helping me with my work. I also write a monthly column for a collectibles magazine and have been doing so for the last 7 or so years. Peace & blessings Matthew Anish

I recall this name of Degas and I am sure I must have viewed some of his work at the Louvre. How wonderful for you to find the opportunity in this contest to finally write of this special picture!
