a thought form appears
of course it is illusionary
but we must examine it
going back to the start
wherefrom it so arose
camouflaged as identity
craving our attention
that it may be satiated
with our innate aliveness
likewise all that is manifest
is but a bubble in time
which yet serves a purpose
of strengthening awareness
held steady by recognition
like a flicker free clear fame
surfing the edge of duality
whilst centred in the noumena
of self-existent luminescence
