Bachs B Minor Mass With Psychology
And now indulge me, if you please,
I’m at my best when at my ease
and I can be a little naughty –
for the sake of art and levity.
Bach wrote his great B Minor Mass
sitting on his Lutheran bottom.
(Yes, I know “bottom” doesn’t fit –
it doesn’t rhyme with “Mass” above it.)
But let’s be honest this one time,
instinctively you supplied the rhyme
though not seeing it in print
and, please, don’t deny you didn’t!
