Located in Doroteo Jose St, Santa Cruz, Manila, this terminal sits below LRT 1 Doroteo Jose and near LRT 2 Recto Station. For countless students and workers, including myself during my college years, this terminal has been an essential lifeline connecting the capital to the northern regions, embodying the daily pulse of Metro Manila's commuter culture.


 

An hour dissolves Into endless waiting While buses fading Into grey haze Leave me gazing Through downcast eyes At phantom swirls Of mounting fears That chain my feet From homeward paths Where comfort dwells In memories sweet Of shared times' past Till diesel fumes And echoed calls Fade like ghosts Through station walls -
