Autumn Royal
As the saffron sun takes its final bow
Deciduous trees shed their luscious leaves
Crimson Moon releases its vernal vow
Autumn approaches with its thermal thieves
Amber sky prepares as it gently grieves
No fire in summer's scurrying splay
The winter solstice new Queen of the day...
Air now crisp through out a cinnamon sea
Flowers faded and leaves show their rainbow
Undying umber on a building spree
Ginger graces the ground before the snow
And fall is falling with a bellows blow
Landscapes have changed in a blink of an eye
Pumpkin patches appear...Yum! pumpkin pie.
