Very witty write, Marty! Surely, we have all experienced this type of accideng and seen the "bright stars." I'm sure your wife found it humorous, and apparently you can now look back on the experience and laugh as well. Really enjoyed this one! Love, Carolyn

Recently I bumped my head on one side, then later that same day, I bumped the other side! Argh! So, yes, been there more times than I can count. Hugs, Donna

Yes I have been there and I never learn that the cabinet doors should be closed before bending over the dish washer. Cute. Joyce

Good job, Martin. I can relate to this. This poem is the essence of the comedy of one of the great comedy teams-the Three Stooges. ( And where are they all today,eh? You can name them all and so can I. Stan and Ollie, The Marxes, Bud and Lou. All gone and we ARE NOT the better for it.) But that's another topic. Thank you for your kind remarks. I appreciate it. Regards Gerard.

Those cabinet doors are attack trained. I have a ceiling fan in a small kitchen. If I open one cabinet door when it is on the door gets attacked just that one. I can see the scene wife laughing and you well, well. LOL. Hope no permanent damage done. Keep writing. Sara
