At One Moment In Time

At one moment in time You made me feel sublime Your affections genuine They were aged wine You were one of a kind And always on my mind Now I hunger for you Are we now through Can we find our way back How did we get off track At one moment in time You were my perfect rhyme Now we don't make sense And that is just non sense My love for you is strong You are where I belong My love is bigger than our current state Because I believe that our union was fate Although we've had much strife I still want to become your wife At one moment in time You made me feel sublime 4-22-17 Alexis Y.

I agree w/Victor. This a yearning love poem, Alexis. You wrote about how two people struggle sometimes to stay together. One may not know that they are drifting apart, while the other try to keep the relationship together, from breaking up. Very deep and moving poem. A 7+!
