April Musk
As morning air spreads April's scent-
via the whisper of its breeze,
her fragrant bluebells, now present
their perfumed blooms that surely, please.
I sigh and breathe the lovely gust-
as morning air spreads April's scent,
enticing me with wanderlust-
in meadows to my heart's consent.
On this grand day, I am content
with utter joy, carefree and wild
as morning air spreads April's scent-
I gasp in wonder, like a child.
The fume of the wind's musky stream
now leaves me breathless to accent
this perfect day- for me, supreme-
as morning air spreads April's scent.
